以CRH5G型动车组EB安全环路为研究对象,分析了其组成、动作原理及功能,并将安全环路误动作导致动车组停车的故障点进行分析,得出其故障的检查方法,设计安全环路旁路,明确安全环路旁路的使用及故障的应急处理方式,为动车组实际应用提供了理论依据。

Taking the EB safety loop of the CRH5G EMU as the research subject,its composition,action principle and function are analyzed,and the fault points of the EMU parking caused by malfunction of the safety loop are analyzed.The inspection methods for the fault are obtained,and the safety loop bypass is designed.The use of safety loop bypass and the emergency treatment of failure are clarified,which offers theoretical basis for the practical application of EMU.
