摘要
曹家山井下通风方式和开采条件为研究背景,主要通过理论计算及分析,研究矿用通风机设备选型设计,并进行校验计算与现场试用,根据通风机的风量和全压,最终设计选用两台FBCDZ№28型风机,一台工作,一台备用,每台风机均配2台YBF630-8型电机,通过校验计算及现场试用,已证明现有通风设备可以满足本次设计要求。
In this paper,based on the underground ventilation and mining conditions in Caojiashan mine,selection design of mine ventilating fan is studied through theoretical calculation and analysis,and verification calculation and field trial are also carried out.According to the air volume and total pressure of fan,two FBCDZ No.28 fan are used in the final design,one for working and one for standby.Each fan is equipped with two YBF630-8 type motors.Through the verification calculation and on-site trial,it is proved that the existing ventilation system can meet the requirements of this design.
