Analysis and Detection Method for Electrical Circuit Fault of Electromechanical Equipment

机电设备电气线路的正常运行对煤矿生产系统有着重要的作用。针对煤矿综合生产系统中机电设备常见的电气线路故障进行了总结分析,根据实践经验,提出了合理的故障诊断策略及检修方法步骤,为煤矿大型机电设备的安全可靠性及保障煤矿安全高效生产提供参考和建议。

The normal operation of electrical circuit of the electromechanical equipment plays an important role in the coal production system.In this paper,the common electrical circuit faults of the mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine comprehensive production system are summarized and analyzed.According to the practical experience,the reasonable fault diagnosis strategy and procedure of the maintenance method are put forward to provide the reference and suggestion for safety and reliability of the large electromechanical equipment in coal mine and to ensure the safe and efficient production of the coal mine.
