摘要
在总结国际先进旋转导向钻井技术并基于动态指向式导向钻井工具原理样机的基础上,分析了全旋转闭环指向式导向钻井工具的控制系统设计原理。旋转导向钻井系统主要由地面闭环控制系统、井下闭环控制系统及双向通讯系统等部分组成。导向偏置机构有由2个内外偏心环构成,通过控制电机的转角来实现两个内外偏心环的转动,从而达到驱动偏置机构实现导向轴预定偏置的目的。
Based on the summary of the international advanced rotary steerable drilling technology and based on the prototype of the dynamic directional steering drilling tool principle,the control system of the full rotary closed-loop steering drilling tool was analyzed in this paper.The rotary steerable drilling system consists of ground closed-loop control system,downhole closed-loop control system and two-way communication system.The steering biasing mechanism is composed of two internal and external eccentric rings.By controlling the rotation angle of the motor,the rotation of the two internal and external eccentric rings is realized,thus achieving the purpose of driving bias mechanism to realize the predetermined bias of the guide axis.
