摘要 对玄武岩长丝的可编织性能及编织参数与制品性能之间的变化关系进行了试验研究。首先利用玄武岩长丝,通过采用不同的编织纱根数和纱线排列位置变化设计试验方案,然后在编织机上进行编织,得到不同的编织制品。并利用万能强力机对不同编织参数下的制品进行了强伸性能测试和分析。结果表明:利用编织机对玄武岩长丝进行编织切实可行;编织节距对编织制品的断裂强度影响显著,最大值与最小值相差60%以上;编织速度对玄武岩长丝的编织品性能有较大影响,随着编织速度的增大,编织制品的断裂强度呈现下降趋势,且500~1 000 r/min之间的降幅最大,降幅达30%左右。 This paper conducts the experimental study on the relationship among weaving property,weaving parameters and product performance of basalt filament.Firstly,the experimental scheme was designed through different number of braiding yarns and yarn arrangement.Then,the yarns were woven on the machine to gain different products.Next the tensile mechanical properties of the products under different braiding parameters were tested and analyzed by universal power machine.The result shows that it is feasible to braid basalt fiber by the braiding machine,and the braiding pitch plays a great role on the breaking strength of braided products.The difference between the maximum and the minimum is above 60%.Besides,the braiding speed also has a big impact on the performance of braided products.With the increase of braiding speed,the breaking strength of woven products shows a decreasing trend,and the reduction scope is between 500 r/min and 1 000 r/min with the reduction range of about 30%.
