金属离子媒染剂增进橘皮色素染色棉织物研究

Study on Promotion Effect of Metal Ion Mordant for Cotton Fabric Dyeing with Orange Pigment

针对天然染料直接法染棉织物过程中的上染率低、染色牢度差问题,采用硫酸铁和硫酸铜作为媒染剂,通过单因素实验与正交设计实验,探讨了橘皮色素媒染棉织物染色工艺效果。结果表明:最佳染色方法为预媒法染色,硫酸铁作为媒染剂时橘皮色素染棉的工艺较佳。最优染色工艺为:橘皮色素质量分数3%,硫酸铁质量分数15%,媒染浴比1∶50,媒染温度70℃,媒染时间60 min,染色温度90℃,染色70 min,染色浴比1∶40。经橘皮色素染色后织物各项牢度均能达到服用要求。

Because of low dye-uptake and poor color fastness of the cotton dyed with natural dye by using direct dyeing method,the ferric sulfate and copper sulfate were used as the mordant,and the dyeing effect of orange peel pigment was discussed by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results indicate that the optimum dyeing method is pre-mordant dyeing method.When ferric sulfate is used as a mordant,the orange peel pigment has the optimum dyeing process as follows:the dosage of orange peel pigment 3%(owf),the mass fraction of ferric sulfate 15%(owf),mordant dyeing bath ratio 1/50,mordant dyeing temperature 70℃,mordant dyeing time 60 min,dyeing temperature 90℃,dyeing time 70 min,dyeing bath ratio 1/40.The fastness of dyed fabric is up to the requirement of wearability.
