绿棉织物颜色耐碱稳定性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 天然彩棉具有天然颜色,可以简化后整理工艺实现绿色生产。为探究绿棉色素在后整理工艺中颜色的稳定性,从分析绿棉与白棉的微观结构出发,采用绿棉和白棉混纺纱,编织成平纹织物,并参考常规的精练工艺和碱缩工艺条件,探讨碱液质量浓度、温度参数对绿棉/白棉混纺织物颜色稳定性的影响。结果表明:绿棉/白棉混纺织物经过精练、碱缩工艺处理,其颜色有加深并向蓝绿色改变的趋势,且碱液质量浓度越大对织物颜色的影响更大。 Natural colored cotton is provided with natural color,and the finishing process can be simplified to realize green production.In order to probe into the color stability of green cotton in the post-finishing process,this paper starts from the analysis of the microstructure of green cotton and white cotton,and uses the blended yarns of green cotton and white cotton to weave into plain weave fabrics.By referencing to the conditions of conventional scouring and alkali shrinkage process,the influence of lye concentration and temperature on color stability of green cotton/white cotton blended fabrics was discussed.The results of the study show that the color of green cotton/white cotton blended fabrics gets darker and tends to blue and green after scouring and alkali shrinkage process;the bigger of the lye concentration,the greater of the impact on the color of the fabrics.
