摘要
为了验证甲酸/氯化锌溶液储存一定时间后试剂的有效性,用不同时间配制的甲酸/氯化锌溶液对4种质控样进行重复测试,验证在不同时间、相同试验条件下质控样的稳定性,然后用同次制备,储存使用的甲酸/氯化锌溶液每间隔一定时间对4种质控样进行重复测试,分析甲酸/氯化锌溶液储存时间对纤维定量结果准确性的影响程度。结果表明,甲酸/氯化锌溶液在20℃条件下储存30 d内不同时间的测试结果差异很小,试验结果用t检验分析后无显著差异,30 d储存时间对纤维含量定量测试准确性无明显影响,测试数据完全符合标准要求。
In order to verify the reagent effect after the storage of formic acid/zinc chloride solution for certain period,four kinds of quality control samples were tested with the formic acid/zinc chloride solution which were prepared at different time to verify the stability of the quality control samples under different time and same test conditions.Then,the four samples were tested by formic acid/zinc chloride solution with different storage time to determine the effect of the storage time on the quantitative accuracy of the fiber.The results show that there is no obvious difference in the test results of formic acid/zinc chloride solution stored for 30 d under 20℃.T test result shows there is no obvious difference.The 30 d storage time has no significant effect on the quantitative test accuracy of the fiber content.The test data completely meet the standard requirements.
