摘要
针对多部件系统!提出了基于时间的机会维修策略,将退化状态空间划分方法应用到多部件系统联合寿命空间的划分建模研究中,对任意的多部件系统联合寿命空间进行了统一的描述和建模,并建立了维修需求组合及其划分结果的对应关系。依据联合寿命空间的划分结果,推导了各个维修需求的概率统一的计算模型。以两部件系统为例,推导了系统的稳态联合概率密度函数,并建立了费用率模型,通过遗传算法进行寻优得到最优的维修阈值。最后,通过MATLAB数值实验验证了联合寿命空间划分建模方法可行有效性。
The opportunistic maintenance policy with TBM for multi-unit systems is proposed and the deterioration state space partition method is applied to the joint life space partition and modeling for multi-unit systems.The common description and the model of joint-life space partition for multi-component system with TBM is represented.According to the partition results,all possible maintenance combinations and the corresponding probabilities are deduced for a general multi-component system.Further,taking a two-component systems as an example,the stationary probabilistic density function and the cost rate model are established and then the optimal maintenance threshold is obtained by genetic algorithm.Finally,numerical experiment is given for illustrating the correctness and validity of the applications for the method.
