摘要
管带式输送机具有输送物料范围广,生产率高,弯曲半径小等优点。然而传统的设计方法已不能真实地反映输送带的性能,导致设计结果与实际情况不符。因此,我们有必要运用建模仿真技术,获得更加真实的设计结果。通过三维建模软件Solid Works以及有限元分析软件ANSYS,完成管带式输送机各刚体零件的建模与输送带的柔性化处理;整机模型简化后,导入动力学分析软件ADAMS中,对输送机的工况进行仿真结果分析。最终得到输送机起动时,输送带所受应力随时间变化的函数曲线图,为日后对管带式输送机的进一步研究打下坚实的基础。
Pipe conveyor has a wide range of materials,high productivity,bending radius and other advantages.However,the traditional design method can’t truly reflect the performance of the conveyor belt,resulting in that design results and actual situation do not match.Therefore,modeling and simulation technology need to be used to obtain realistic design results.In this paper,through three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks and finite element analysis software ANSYS,to complete the modeling of pipe conveyor rigid body parts were doneand conveyor belt flexible was processed;machine model was simplified using the dynamic analysis software ADAMS.The simulation results of working condition of the machine are analyzed.Finally,when the conveyor is started,the stress curve of the conveyor belt changes with time,which lays a solid foundation for the further study of.
