摘要
在滚珠旋压过程中,滚珠旋压机轴向力不断变化会使进给速度发生变化,而进给速度稳定与否直接影响着旋压精度。针对以上问题搭建了由高速开关阀代替伺服阀的新型液压速度控制系统,来控制旋压的进给速度。根据液压系统数学关系搭建Simulink仿真模型,得到占空比与负载对液压缸速度的影响情况,并在AMEsim中引入PID控制进行仿真,仿真结果表明此方法可以消除变化的负载对速度的影响,使进给速度达到稳定,实现提高滚珠旋压精度的目的。
In process of ball spinning,the change of axial force of ball spinning makes the feed rate change.And whether the feed speed is stable or not affects the spinning precision directly.In order to solve the above problems,the speed control system is built based on high-speed on-off valve replacing servo valve into spinning machine to control the feed rate.According to the hydraulic system mathematical relationship,the Simulink simulation model was built to obtain the effect duty ratio and the load effect on the speed of hydraulic cylinder,and the simulation of the system introduced controlled PID controller in the AMEsim.The simulation results show that this method can eliminate the influence of load variation on speed,keep the feed rate stable,and improve the precision of ball spinning.
