关于提高高校研究生学位论文质量的探索研究

A Research Focused on the Improvement for the Dissertation Quality of Graduate Student in High School

学位论文是研究生从事科研工作成果的主要体现,是衡量研究生培养质量、学术水平的重要标志,因此,提高研究生学位论文质量对于提高高校的研究生培养质量具有重要意义。本文以我校化学工程与技术硕士点为例,从研究生招生宣传、学术道德建设、导师队伍建设、研究生激励制度、仪器设备管理制度以及学位论文开题报告、中期检查、毕业答辩等方面,完善研究生学位论文的质量监控体系,提高研究生学位论文的质量。

Dissertation is the main achievement for the scientific research of the graduate students in high school,which can be used to evaluate the graduate education quality and level.So,it is of great significant to enhance the graduate education due to the improvement of the dissertation quality.In this paper,we take the master's degree program of the chemical engineering and technology in our college as an example.It can be concluded that we should further strengthen and improve the quality monitoring system of the graduate dissertation in the aspects of enrollment propaganda,academic ethics construction,tutor team construction,graduate incentive system,equipment management system,master-degree proposals,mid-term inspection and graduation thesis defense.Based on the above,the dissertation quality of the graduate students can be effectively improved.
