随着社会现代化的高速发展,现代化建筑慢慢趋向复杂化与智能化发展,由此建筑工程项目的施工进度控制管理也越来越困难。本文通过利用BIM技术来完成实际案例施工的模拟,展示该技术在施工中的应用的实践效果,从而在BIM技术应用研究中阐述其优势特点。

With the rapid development of social modernization,the buildings tend to be complicated and intelligent that makes it difficult to manage the construction progress.By simulating the construction progress of actul sample with BIMtechnology,the practical effect of this simulating can be shown in this article.And the advantages can be elaborated in this study.
