摘要
根据武昌首义学院培养高素质应用型人才的办学定位和学校建设应用型本科高校的战略部署,本文探讨了如何以改革创新为动力,全面贯彻《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》,根据行业、企业发展需求,结合自身优势,积极探索新型人才培养模式,提出了构建创新型工程师培养平台的思路和措施。
According to the deployment of orientation and application of school construction in college uprising in college to cultivate high-quality talents strategy,this paper discuss how to reform and innovation,fully implement the"national long-term education reform and development plan",according to the industry,enterprise development needs,combined with their own advantages,and actively explore a new model of training talents,put forward ideas and measures for training platformof innovative engineers.
