摘要 高校朋辈心理健康教育,立基于社会学习理论、参与教育理论等社会心理学理论,"T-P-T"大学生心理健康教育课程改革,发挥朋辈助教参与大学生心理健康教育课程辅助教学中发挥自身优势,给予授课学生小组训练和鼓励与辅导,体现"助人自助、互助成长"的自助互助心理健康教育宗旨,提升大学生心理健康水平。 The psychological health education of the college peer,based on social learning theory,education theory in social psychology theory,"T-P-T"College Students'mental health education curriculum reform,play peer assistants in college mental health education curriculum to play their own advantages in the auxiliary teaching,give students encouragement and guidance and training team,embodies the"self-reliance,mutual growth"self-help mental health education,improve the mental health of university students.
