Practice of "Double Main Body" Mode to Cultivate Innovative Talents of Facility Agriculture in Vocational Colleges

"双主体"模式培养职业院校设施农业创新创业人才,能够深化我国职业教育改革和推动我国现代化农业发展。本文研究"双主体"创新创业人才培养的培养机制、师资队伍建设等方面,促进高素质、高技能人才培养,实现科技成果转化和资源共享,以及"企业—院校—学生"多方共赢的局面。

"Double Main Body"mode to cultivate innovative talents of facility agriculture in vocational colleges,which can deepen the reform of vocational education and promote the development of modern agriculture in China.This paper studied the training mechanism and the construction of teaching staff of the"double main body"innovation and entrepreneurship talents training.This could promote the cultivation of high-quality and highly skilled personnel,realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and resource sharing,and the win-win situation of"enterprises,institutions and students".
