在我国社会经济发展出现质的飞跃形势下,创新、复合型人才十分紧缺,能够把个人的价值体现在对国家、社会资源的保护节约上并身体力行的人才更是珍贵,这对人才的要求更高,而财商便是其中不可或缺的素质。高职院校培养的应用技能型人才如果能在这方面有所建树,将会在未来的人才竞争中脱颖而出。而在高职院校实践教学活动中,学生的财商教育却存在不少问题与困境。因此,本文将深入分析财商教育的问题困境,并提出相应的改善高职院校学生财商教育状况的途径,从而为高职院校人才培养提供浅薄的建议。
