Design and Practice of a Laboratory Asset Dynamic Management System

为适应当前高校实验室资产管理的需要,采用主流的Java EE技术和数据库技术,开发一种现代网络版的实验室资产动态管理信息系统,克服当前高校资产管理系统中大多采用静态管理模式未能反映资产的动态变化状况和缺乏对低值品管理的缺陷。本系统能够实现对实验室固定资产的动态管理,以及对低值易耗品、耐用品的动态管理,有效提高目前高校实验室的资产管理水平。

In order to meet the current needs of laboratory assets management in colleges and universities,the mainstream of Java EE technology and database technology are used to develop a modern online version of laboratory asset dynamic management information system to overcome the current most commonly used asset management system in colleges and universities using static management model failed to reflect the dynamic changes in assets and the lack of low-quality goods management defects.This system achieve the dynamic management of fixed assets in the laboratory,as well as the dynamic management of low-value consumables,durable goods,effectively improve the current university laboratory Asset management level.
