浅谈“卓越计划”下的校企联合培养模式

A Brief Discussion on the Joint Cultivation Mode of School Enterprises under the "Excellent Plan"

校企联合培养是高等院校培养应用型人才的重要途径,以教育部"卓越工程师教育培养计划"为背景,对现有校企联合培养模式及优缺点进行总结,分析当下存在的问题,并指出高校在选择企业进行合作时,要有针对性的遴选,以期为"卓越计划"下的校企联合人才培养模式的实施提供建议。

University-enterprise joint training is an important approach to cultivate applied talents in colleges.As the background of"outstanding engineers training plan"by the ministry of education,this study summarizes the existing joint cultivation model,advantages and disadvantages between colleges and enterprise.It analysis the present problems,and points out that universities should choose enterprises cooperate to targeted selection in order to provides suggestions for the implementation of the personnel training model"excellence initiative"under university-enterprise united.
