摘要 在任务型教学模式中,大学英语教师扮演着不同于传统教学模式中的角色。教师除了要扮演好控制者、传授者、评价者的角色,还应努力成为教学的参与者、导师、研究者、促进者、激励者、资源提供者等。因此这就需要教师具有多方面的素质。 In the task-based curriculum design,college English teachers play a multi-faceted role.They are supposed to be participants,tutors,researchers,facilitators,stimulators,source providers,more than the traditional role of controllers,knowledge-transmitters and examiner.Therefore,this requires teachers to have a variety of qualities.
