朝鲜高等教育体系的研究

Research on Higher Education System in Democratic People's Republic of Korea

朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的现行高等教育体系主要由全日制高等教育体系和边工作边学习的高等教育体系组成,是经过六十多年的改革和发展而形成的。全日制高等教育形式有两种,大学和专科学校。边工作边学习的高等教育形式主要有工厂大学、农场大学和渔场大学。朝鲜的高等教育因其能够切实保障所有劳动者学习的权利,具有配置合理、机构完善、特色鲜明、成效显著的基本特征,有值得我国高等教育体制改革学习和借鉴之处。

The current higher education system in The Democratic People's Republic of Korea is mainly consist of Full-time higher education system and studying while working higher education study system.It is formed in the 60 years'reform and development.There are two kinds of forms in Full-time higher education system,one is university while the other is technical college.Studying while working higher education system is consist of university of factory,university of farm and university of fisheries.Because the higher education system in Democratic People's Republic of Korea can ensure the labors'right in learning and it has the basic characteristics of reasonable allocation,perfect organization,distinctive features and remarkable results.As to the reform in higher education system in China,there are also some lessons that can be learned fromthe North Korea.
