摘要 与现有大量《口才训练》教学研究专注于教学内容与教学方法的探索不同,笔者主要探讨课堂实践训练环节的教学模式。认为固定训练与随机训练相互补充、相互结合,辅之以固定训练项目考核为主、随机训练项目考核为辅的课堂考核评价机制,为每个同学建立"评价档案",是一种行之有效的教学模式。 This paper will discuss the classroom training mode of high school eloquence training,different from the most existing studies focusing on the teaching content and teaching method.The paper suggests fixed training and random training should complement each other in the classroom training.The appraisal should mainly concern on the fixed training,and randomtraining supplemented Teacher should build an appraisal profile tor every student.
