Medicinal chemistry is one foundational and major course of pharmacy,has many contents and refer to wise aspect,teaching has comparatively large difficulty.To break through the limitation of traditional teaching model and improve the quality of teaching,complex case-based teaching method was applied in teaching medicinal chemistry,stimulate the student’s study interest and innovative idea.
