高校的教务管理工作水平和质量影响着高校的教学质量,因此高校的教务管理工作的重要性显而易见。目前,很多高校教务管理机制落后且不完善,教务管理工作效率低下,教务管理模式守旧,严重影响了高校教学的管理工作。本文主要研究和分析了高校教务管理工作,通过创新出更多的管理途径来提高高校的教务管理水平,提高高校的教学效率,促进高校教务管理工作高效、有序的进行,也促进了高校健康、稳步的发展。

The level and quality of teaching management in colleges and universities affect the quality of teaching in colleges and universities,therefore,the importance of educational administration in colleges and universities is obvious.At present,many colleges and universities educational administration management mechanismis backward and imperfect,the educational administration management efficiency is low,the educational administration management pattern is conservative,has seriously affected the university teaching management work.This paper mainly research and analysis of the educational administration of colleges and universities,colleges and universities to enhance the level of educational administration management innovation through more channels and improve the efficiency of teaching in colleges and universities,to promote educational administration work efficiently and orderly,but also to promote the healthy and steady development.
