新形势下高校蒙语授课大学生就业问题研究

The Study on the Problem of Employment for College Students Taught in Mongolian under New Situation

大学生就业难问题已经成为一种普遍的现象,高校蒙语授课的大学生就显得更为艰难。这部分大学生的就业问题是我国社会的一个小缩影,解决这个问题是能够解决民族问题的一个关键。对于这个问题的解决也可以采取以下几个措施:首先要转变这部分大学生的就业思想,提高他们的素质;其次是学校在培养人才的时候,要符合社会的需求;第三政府也要和高校共同努力,促使这部分大学生能够很好的就业。

There is a universal phenomenon that the problem of employment for the college students has become much more difficult,especially for the students taught in Mongolian.For those,the problem of employment is a epitome of our society,so to solve this problem is a key to settle the ethnic matter.We can adopt the following measures to solve this problem.First,we should change these students thoughts and ideas of employment and improve their qualities.Second,the colleges and universities should meet the requirements of society when they cultivate the talents.Third,the governments and universities joint efforts to promote these students to get a good job.
