“一带一路”倡议下外语人才国际化素质培养研究

Study on Cultivation of Internationalization of Foreign Language Talents under "the Belt and Road"

中国"一带一路"倡议的提出和推进为中国践行对世界经济的承诺提供了广阔的平台。本文从"一带一路"外语人才国际化这一主要点研究入手,阐述了"一带一路"倡议下对复合应用型外语国际化人才培养的必要性,并就大专院校外语专业大学生的人文素质和国际化知识教育培养中存在的问题进行了分析,对培养"外语技能+专业知识+文化素养"的复合应用型人才,提升大专院校学生的国际化素质提出了若干建议措施。

The proposal and promotion of"the Belt and Road"provides a capacious platform for China fulfilling a commitment to the world economy.From the perspective of internationalization of foreign language talents of"the Belt and Road",this paper expounds the necessity of cultivating cross disciplinary and practical foreign language talents under"the Belt and Road"and analyzes the existing problems of university and college students'humanistic quality and the cultivation of international knowledge education.Also,this paper puts forward some suggestions about how to cultivate cross disciplinary and practical talents,integrating"foreign language techniques+professional knowledge+and artistic appreciation",and howto upgrade university and college students'quality of internationalization.
