尊重学生,学生才能信赖教师、亲近教师,也只有在轻松、和谐、民主的氛围中,学生才能心悦诚服的接受教师的批评和指点,教师的循循善诱也才能成为可能。所谓"亲其师,信其道"就是这个道理。教育活动是双向的,教师尊重学生,才能赢得学生的尊敬;学生尊重教师,教师的教育活动才会卓有成效。
