摘要
本文就目前技工学校中级工班学生日常规范养成方面存在的问题,经过班主任的探索,养成了教育发挥的积极作用,讨论了技校德育工作中重视激励、爱心、班干部、班主任和家长配合的作用。
In this paper,the existing problems in cultivating students'daily workmanship in technical school are discussed.Through the working hours,the author explores the positive role played by developing education and discusses the importance of encouraging,caring and class cadres,the role of class administrator and parents coloration together.
