脱贫攻坚背景下教育扶贫对高校贫困生资助工作的影响

"十三五"脱贫攻坚计划把教育扶贫作为全国脱贫攻坚的重要举措和治本之策列入其中,教育扶贫以提高贫困人口基本文化素质和贫困家庭劳动技能为抓手,阻断贫困的代际传递,教育扶贫为现有高校贫困生资助工作提出了更高的要求,同时也影响着现有贫困生资助政策体系。新形势下高校资助工作需要加强高校和地方之间的沟通协作,高校贫困生认定工作需要地方政府进一步发挥职能作用予以配合,共同努力,开创教育扶贫工作的新局面。

The 13th five-year plan of poverty alleviation has included education as an important measure to combat poverty and the fundamental measures to tackle the problem,and to educate the poor to improve the basic cultural quality of the poor and the working skills of poor families,blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty,education poverty alleviation for the existing poor students in colleges and universities to provide higher requirements,but also affect the existing poor students subsidy policy system.Under the new situation,the university funding work needs to strengthen the communication and cooperation between colleges and universities.The poor students in colleges and universities need the local government to play a further role in the work to create a new situation of education poverty alleviation work.
