OBE视域下融入育人核心工作的基层党建载体创新探索实践

Exploration and Practice of Grassroots Party Building Format Innovation Incorporated into Education Works Based on Outcomes-based Education

"导师制"教育模式科学地把党务工作融入育人工作的全过程。以"导师制"为载体,在OBE视域下重构党建载体创新路径闭环,强化基层党支部组织载体作用,突出学生产出评估对育人质量持续改进的功能,推动基层党务工作创新,依托学生产出对育人过程的重建促进基层党建制度内涵建设,这些是基层党建的有效途径。

The"tutorial system"education model integrates the Party work into the whole process of educating students scientifically.Taking the tutorial system as the carrier,the Party building innovation path vector loops reconstruction in the perspective of OBE,which the function to strengthen the grassroots Party branch organization,outstanding students'output evaluation to continuous improvement of the quality of education,promote the innovation of grass-roots Party work,relying on students'output reconstruction on the process of educating people,promote the connotation construction of grass-roots Party building system,is an effective way to grassroots Party building.
