摘要
角色扮演教学法通过医学生扮演医患双方角色,模拟临床诊疗过程,从而促进医学生巩固理论知识、培养临床思维、锻炼医患沟通能力、体会医患双方的心理及诉求。角色扮演教学法安全,不涉及伦理,实践性强、教学效果好,在医学教育和考核方面有独特的优势,是提高临床技能、积累临床经验的有效方法。
Role-playing teaching enables medical students to play the role of both doctors and patients,and throughout this process they can simulate the scene of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Consequently it facilitates the consolidation of theory knowledge,cultivation of clinical thinking ability,acquisition of communication skills,as well as a good understanding of the mental needs of both doctors and patients.Role-playing is a safe method of teaching with no involvement of ethic.It shows strong practicability and effectiveness and has unique advantages in medical education and assessment.Role-playing teaching is an effective method to improve clinical skills and gain clinical experience.
