摘要
CBL是一种以案例为先导,在教师的引导下,学生探索问题、发现问题和解决问题的教学方法。目前在国内外院校中广为推崇,许多学科开展了CBL教学,包括营养与食品卫生学。案例是CBL教学效果的关键所在,学生正是在教师的引导下,对案例所提供的信息进行讨论,从而发现问题、解决问题,既掌握了知识,也提高了自主学习的意识和能力。笔者就营养与食品卫生学CBL案例编写过程中的心得体会进行了总结。
Case-based learning is oriented toward a case,which from different perspectives generates different and equally correct problems.Case-based learning is about combining different disciplines,and as such is best practiced in a multidisciplinary context.It is popular in medical and business schools.Cases are factually-based,complex problems written to stimulate classroom discussion and collaborative analysis.The medical school use of cases differs from that in other professional schools in that PBL focuses on medical subject matter content more so than on decision-making.This paper gives an account of what the author has learned and experienced in the process of case preparation.
