摘要
夹具是机械加工工艺系统中重要的组成部分,它既可以保证生产质量的稳定性,又可以提高生产效率。本文以某型号加工中心换刀臂专用夹具的设计为载体,通过设计不同的教学方法,引导学生分析定位原理、测量知识,并结合现场的实际情况,提出了解决办法——设计专用夹具,论述了合理性及可行性等整个教学互动过程,使学生能够在该项目的生产实践中以小组学习的形式达到能够独立完成类似零件的夹具设计的教学目标,提升学生发现和处理问题的能力及革新能力。
Jig is the key tool used in the machining process,which serves as the doubling guarantees of production stability and efficiency simultaneously.The design process of dedicated jig to the exchanging arm of machining center was mainly dealt with in teaching practice.The design of special jig was proved to be an effective way figured out by students to address the issues in the practical training,based on the theoretical knowledge with position location and measurement techniques acquired by students during this integrated teaching period.
