摘要
随着京津冀协同发展重大国家战略的快速推进,建设高效密集的轨道交通网成为京津冀交通一体化的核心,京津冀区域内轨道交通进入前所未有的快速发展时期。在此背景下,经过对京津冀轨道交通高技能人才需求及培养现状的研究(详见本刊2018年1月刊《京津冀轨道交通高技能人才需求及培养现状的研究》一文),需要对未来的培养提出有针对性的对策建议。本文根据前文研究得出的"京津冀协同发展下轨道交通行业高技能人才培养数量远远不能满足市场对人才数量的需求"的研究结论,对京津冀轨道交通运输行业人才培养模式、培养方案等问题进行了初步探讨,并给出了京津冀协同发展下轨道交通行业高技能人才培养对策,使京津冀区域内的轨道交通运输行业职业教育与培训更加科学,更加适应京津冀一体化发展的需求。
With the rapid development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development of a major national strategy,rail network construction has become the core of intensive and efficient traffic integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional rail transportation has entered a period of rapid development of the hitherto unknown.Under this background,after the study on the demand for high skilled talents in Tianjin Rail Transportation and the current training(see the 2018 1 issue of"Tianjin Rail Traffic Demand and high skilled personnel training status"the need for future training),put forward some strategic suggestions.Firstly,according to the above research conclusion of"Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative research conclusion quantity can not meet the market demand for the number of talents"rail transportation industry development under the training of high skilled personnel of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei rail transportation industry personnel training program issues such as training mode,carry on the preliminary discussion,and gives the countermeasures of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative high skill personnel training of rail transportation industry development,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,rail transportation industry occupation education and training more scientific,more adapt to the demand of the integrated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
