摘要
基于普通本科高校向应用型转变的背景下,立足现有特色——书院制学生管理育人模式,分析书院制学生管理育人模式实施的现状及推进书院制学生管理体制过程中的优劣,并提出改进书院制管理的具体措施以及预期实现的目标。
Based on the existing characteristics of undergraduate colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the status quo of the implementation of the educational management model of the students in the academy and the advantages in the process of promoting the management system of the college students.And put forward specific measures to improve the management of the academy and the expected objectives.
