加强和改进机关作风建设是高职院校作风建设的重要内容。本文采用问卷调查、查阅文献、归纳分析等方法开展研究,阐述了加强和改进边疆民族地区高职院校机关作风建设重要意义,分析了边疆民族地区高职院校机关作风建设存在的主要问题,提出了加强和改进边疆民族地区高职院校机关作风建设的几点对策。

Strengthening and improving the work style construction is an important content of style construction in Higher Vocational colleges.This paper adopts questionnaire,literature,inductive analysis and other methods to carry out research,expounds the important significance of strengthening and improving the frontier minority areas organs of Higher Vocational Colleges style construction,analyzes the main problems in the frontier minority areas organs of Higher Vocational Colleges style construction,put forward to strengthen and improve some vocational colleges in frontier minority areas organ style construction countermeasures.
