摘要
本文分析了民办本科院校植物生产类专业课程考核方式现状,以果蔬贮藏加工学课程为例,介绍了该课程考核多元评价方式和方法,为其他植物生产类课程改革提供参考。
This paper has explored status analysis examine professional curriculum in plant production specialty in private colleges of transition stage,taking fruit and vegetable storage and processing an example,the professional curriculumexamine of multiple evaluation were recommend.It also proposed corresponding reformcontent,providing reference for the reformof other similar courses.
