安全是铁路发展永恒的主题。随着铁路特别是高铁的迅猛发展,铁路安全管理越来越规范化并日益得到重视,铁路运营过程中的日常安全保障问题突出、各类突发情况发生的次数越来越频繁,鉴于安全形势的紧迫性,本文通过对高速铁路安全保障系统的探讨,提出进一步优化铁路运营安全保障体系的措施;通过对铁路特大、重大事故的分类分析,对铁路轨道事故的处理、预防及应急救援预案进行优化研究,进一步实现纵向到底、横向到边的铁路运输安全保障系统,使铁路轨道交通运输管理更加系统化、信息化、智能化,确保运输安全、优质、高效。

Safety is the eternal theme of railway development.With the rapid development of high-speed railway especially,more and more standardized and railway safety management has been paid more attention to,the daily security problems in railway operation,highlighting the occurrence of various types of emergency frequency is more and more frequent,in view of the urgency of the security situation,this paper through the study of high-speed railway safety system,put forward further the optimization of railway operation system security measures;through the classification and analysis of railway major,major accidents,on railway accident treatment,prevention and emergency rescue plan of further implementation of the end longitudinal,transverse to the edge of the railway transportation security system,the transportation management of railway track traffic more systematic and information and intelligence,ensure transportation safety,quality and efficiency.
