摘要
问诊是医师通过对患者或其他相关人员进行系统询问而获取病史资料,并经过综合分析作出临床判断的一种诊疗方法,也是临床诊断学教学中的重点及难点。问诊是所有临床相关专业学生必须掌握的基本功,是医师诊治疾病的第一步,而问诊的技巧依赖于丰富的专业知识及临床经验,对于初次接触临床专业知识的大三学生来说有相当的难度。如何提高问诊的实验教学效果,提高学生的问诊水平,是诊断学课程教学改革的一个重要内容。
Interrogation is a diagnostic method that based on systematic inquiry to the patient,relevant persons and comprehensive analysis of the obtained disease history.It is the key and difficult points of clinical diagnostics teaching.All clinical medical students have to master interrogation as a basic skill,for it is the first step of medical diagnosis and treatment.But,inquiry skill relies on abundant professional knowledge and clinical experience,so it is quite difficult for junior students who just started learning clinical expertise.How to improve the experiment teaching effect and the students'capacity of interrogation is an important aspect of diagnosis curriculumreform.
