谈“1+N”教学模式在《物业管理实务》课程教学改革研究

Research on the Teaching Reform of "1+N" Teaching Mode in Property Management Practice

《物业管理实务》作为高职院校物业管理专业的核心课程,提高学生专业综合实践能力一直是本课程努力发展方向。结合宁夏建设职业技术学院物管专业学生近几年学习该门课程表现和用人单位集中岗位和能力要求,采用"1+N"教学模式重点从三个方面对2015级物业管理专业进行课程改革,并从中总结一些教学经验和有待改进措施。

As a core course of property management major in higher vocational colleges,Property Management Practice is always managing to improve students'comprehensive practice ability of the major.This research combines the teaching situation of property management major in Ningxia Construction Vocational and Technical College in recent years and the concentrated posts and ability requirements of employers,adopts the"1+N"teaching model to carry out a comprehensive teaching reform towards 2015 grade property management majors,which focuses on three aspects,and summarizes some teaching experience and measures needed improving.
