对农村教师问题背后的社会原因研究

摘要 农村教育面临各种复杂的问题,而农村教师问题是农村教育的核心问题。本文针对农村教育的两大怪圈来分析农村留不住教师的原因:社会对于农村的偏见,农村的公共服务不足,政策没有真正的落实,以及农村教师的工作繁重。针对这些原因,来分析解决农村教师问题的措施。国家必须要全面改善农村教师的整体待遇,大力发展农村经济,并且打破资源垄断,实现教育资源共享。促进农村教育的发展。 Rural education faces a variety of complex problems,and problems of rural teachers is the core problem of rural education.The two great circle based on rural education to analyze rural stay for rural teachers:social prejudice,lack of public services in rural areas,there is no real implementation of the policy,and the workload of teachers in rural areas for these reasons,to analyze and solve the problems of rural teachers measures.The whole country must improve the treatment of teachers in rural areas,vigorously develop the rural economy,and break the monopoly of resources,sharing of educational resources.To promote the development of rural education.
