《高分子材料与纺丝技术》课程课内实验项目的开设

摘要 为提高《高分子材料与纺丝技术》实验课程的授课效果,在其实验课程中开设聚乙烯醇的缩醛反应、铜氨纤维的制备、纤维素的水解和纤维的镀银等实验。这些实验所用材料是该课程主讲的高分子材料,直接使用这些材料有助于学生掌握其理化性能。另外,在实验的完成过程中有部分操作可看作模拟纺丝,对学生理解纺丝技术有促进作用。这些实验设计比让学生操作大型的纺丝设备更能让学生明白高分子材料的结构和性能与纺丝技术之间的关系。 In order to improve the teaching effect of"polymer material and spinning technology"experiment course,experimental project,such as"Acetal reaction of poly(vinyl alcohol)","Preparation of copper ammonia fiber","Hydrolysis of cellulose"and"Silver plating on fiber"were set up.The materials used in these experiments are polymer materials which have been taught in the course,and the direct use of these materials will help students to master their physicochemical properties.In addition,some operations can be regarded as analog spinning,which can promote the students to understand the spinning technology.These designs allow students to understand the relationship between the structure and properties of polymer materials and spinning technology better than let students to operate large spinning machines.
