摘要
本文通过四氯化碳(CCl4)对实验小鼠造成急性肝损伤,观察不同产地、不同用量的黄芩保护小鼠实验性肝损伤作用的区别,结果证明黄芩对CCl4所致小鼠的肝损伤,可能通过增加了小鼠肝细胞的抗损伤能力起到相应的保护作用。
In this paper,carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)on experimental acute liver damage in mice and observe different habitats and different dosage of radix scutellariae protect experimental liver injury in mice,the difference between the results prove that radix scutellariae on liver injury in mice caused by CCl4,probably by increasing the ability to resist damage liver cells in mice have corresponding protection effect.
