微视域下推进大学生党员教育工作探析

On Education for College Student Party Members from a Micro Perspective

在对大学生党员教育工作进行简要分析的基础上,从微视域的视角,探讨了大学生党员教育工作面临的机遇和挑战,并对此提出了推进大学生党员教育工作的对策:提倡"微学习",提高学生党员党性修养;采用"微实践",时刻树立先锋形象;利用"微角色",增强教育针对性和实效性;打造"微平台",完善教育新路径;实施"微管理",加强学生党员的组织性。

This paper analyzes the opportunities and changelings for the education for college student Party members on the basis of a brief analysis of the education for college student Party members from a micro perspective.Furthermore,it puts forwards countermeasures for promoting the education for college student Party members as follows:advocating micro learning to enhance college student Party members'Party spirit;being prepared to set pioneer examples by micro practice;enhancing the targeted nature and effectiveness of education by making use of the micro role;building a micro platform to perfect the new path of education;promoting college student Party members'sense of organization by implementing micro management.
