摘要 模拟教学是高职学前教育专业重要的实践教学手段。目前,模拟教学存在着应用模式安排不够合理、内容针对性不强、师资专业化程度不高、学生参与度较低和评价简单化等问题。针对这些问题,可采取以下模拟教学的优化策略:模式翻转化;内容系统化;师资专业化;学生参与全员化;评价有效化。 Simulation teaching is an important practical teaching method for preschool education major in higher vocational colleges.At present,there are some problems in simulation teaching,such as unreasonable arrangement of application mode,weak pertinence of content,low specialization of teachers,low participation of students and simplification of evaluation.In order to solve these problems,we can adopt the following optimization strategies of simulation teaching including mode inversion,content systematization,specialization of teachers,full participation of students and effectiveness of evaluation.
