摘要
以课程任务为导向,以三维归因模式为核心同时对目标大学生进行心理资本干预实验。实验结果表明:本实验干预方案是可行的,在提升大学生的自我效能、希望和整体心理资本水平方面效果是显著的。但该实验方案在提升大学生乐观和韧性方面的效果不显著,这是后续研究要着力改进的。
Taking the course task as the guide and three dimensional attribution model as the core,the psychological capital intervention was carried out on the targeted college students.The results show that the scheme is feasible,and it has a significant effect on the improvement of college students'self-efficacy,hope and the overall level of psychological capital.However,the effect of the experimental program on improving college students'optimism and resilience is not significant.
