行政人员对公立医院社会责任信息披露相关分析

Analysis on public hospital social responsibility information disclosure of healthcare administrators

目的:分析行政人员关于公立医院社会责任信息披露的选择以及对社会责任信息披露的认识,为提高信息披露有效性提供建议。方法:本研究于2017年7月在北京市卫生计生委、北京市医管局、北京市发改委等部门进行抽样调查,调查对象包括部门领导以及各级行政人员。根据课题设计要求,采用目的抽样的方式,总计发放问卷30份,回收有效问卷30份,问卷有效率为100.0%。运用SPSS 24.0软件,对问卷数据进行统计分析。结果:在披露内容方面,对患者的责任、对员工的责任、服务质量与安全、对政府的责任、对社区的责任、对环境的责任、可持续发展的责任、社会责任治理等方面均分值较高,均达到"比较同意"的程度,趋于"完全同意"。结论:行政人员重视公立医院社会责任治理信息披露工作,以患者需求为导向,应出台相关政策,保证公立医院的披露情况。

Objectives:To analyze the awareness and selection of public hospital social responsibility information disclosure of healthcare administrators and give recommendations on improve the effectiveness of information disclosure.Methods:30 healthcare administrators involve leaders and civil servants in Beijing Health and Family Planning Commission,Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals and Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform by purposive sampling.The effect questionnaire rate is 100%.SPSS24.0 was used to get data analysis.Results:The score of responsibilities for patient,for staff,for quality and safety,for government,for community,for environment and for sustainable development and social governance is relatively high and to the trends of full agree.Conclusions:Health administrators highlight on public hospital social responsibility information disclosure.It is considered to build patient demand oriented public hospital social responsibility disclosure system and policy to assure information disclosure.
