新一轮深化医改是导向式分级诊疗模式的开始,取消药品加成是公立医院改革的重要手段。通过描述德阳县市两级医院实施的不同价格补偿政策,比较市级医院和县级医院在患者负担、医院经济效益、运行效率等指标变化,总结分析不同价格补偿政策对县市两级公立医院分级诊疗的影响,论述了不同价格补偿政策对今后单病种收付费、紧密型医联体收费和医疗价格动态调整的影响。

Building hierarchical medical system is one of the goals of healthcare reform and drug zero mark up is an important measures of the reform.Patient disease burden,hospital finance status and efficiency were compared before and after implementing different compensation policy in municipal hospital and county level hospital.The influences of different compensation policy on hierarchical medical system,single disease payment,price policy on closed medical alliance were analyzed.
