Budget management,as an important part of financial management,runs through all aspects of financial management and is an important manifestation of the overall management level of a hospital.With the full use of scientific innovation technology and based on the defects in the hospital management,the overall budget management system of the hospital has been developed and problems arising from the basic design to the implementation process and the improvement methods has been carried out to achieve the requirements of lean management.Relevant suggestions for the future development are put forward.
