摘要
"工匠精神"是对各个领域中优秀从业者良好职业素养的概括。工匠对其所从事的行业要有精湛的技艺,对于产品质量要精益求精,对于新技术、新工艺要乐于学习,并且还能够勇于探索和创新,努力把更新奇、独特的产品、更优良的工艺和更细致的服务奉献给社会。而中职教育作为职业教育的重要组成部分更应该注重培养学生的"工匠精神",这是社会及学校发展、企业生存、学生就业等的内在要求。本文针对教育信息化背景下培育中职生工匠精神的实践情况进行了分析和阐述。
"Craftsmanship"is a summary of good professional qualities of outstanding practitioners in various fields.Craftsmen must have superb craftsmanship in the industries they are engaged in.They must strive for excellence in product quality.They must be willing to learn new technologies and new processes,and they must be able to dare to explore and innovate,so as to provide unique products,better processes and more meticulous services to the society.As an important component of vocational education,secondary vocational education should focus on cultivating students'"craftsmanship",which is an inherent requirement for social and school development,corporate survival,and students'employment.This paper analyzes and elaborates the practice of cultivating"craftsmanship"of secondary vocational students in the context of information-based education.
